| Bull
in Field are a talented three piece from Reading, joining the
mainstream with their outstanding music. The attractive trio insist
that they have created a new genre called 'Bollock Rock', a claim
backed up by the loud cries of 'bollocks' from their adoring fans. Formed
too long ago to remember, the band have produced a smash hit album
entitled 'Bullocks' and a Christmas tune to rival that of Joe
McElderry; someone had to do it. With a leather jacket wielding maniac
on bass, the posh boy of punk rock on guitar and a Saxophonist on
drums; what could go wrong? Writing
from the heart, about issues that truly matter in modern society, the
band have a
|
| unique approach to song writing and the music business,
with a real 'that'll do' attitude about them.

| The
'band’ started in 2007 when James invited Matt to come along to see Air
Traffic at the Fez Club with two of his school mates, Tom and George.
This was the original line-up of Bull in Field with James and George on
guitar, Tom on bass, Matt on drums. It was during the long wait for the
headliners to come on we
started joking that we should climb over the barrier |
| and play something
ourselves. We didn't, but we did go round to George's a couple of days later and made a
lot of noise. Matt
and James started work on an album, many songs came and went, but
eventually found a 'style', if you can call it that. The album took
2 and a half years to make, which is bloody worrying as it's
pretty much the equivalent to churning out a shit for 2 and a half years. The
line-up changed to what it is today in 2010 as we got a gig, Tom
and George had gone to uni and Matt wanted to go on bass. |
